Description

All staff and community members are invited to join our 2018 Western Sydney Health Forum, part of the Annual Public Meeting (APM).

Come along and hear about what’s new in healthcare, our plans for the future and have your say on important issues affecting your health.

We will launch the ‘WSLHD Health Services Plan to 2026’, our blueprint for delivering healthcare to the community of Western Sydney over the next eight years.

Find out how our services are changing to meet the healthcare demands of our growing and ageing population, and what the ‘healthcare neighbourhood’ means for patients and healthcare staff.

A dynamic panel-style Q&A session will also feature at the event, where audience members will have an opportunity to ask questions about matters important to them and their family.

Event details are as follows:

  • Date: Wednesday 31st October

  • Time: Registration 5.30pm, for 6.00pm–7.15pm

  • Venue: The Boomerang Room, Rooty Hill RSL, 33 Railway St, Rooty Hill

Refreshments will be provided during registration. Free parking is available onsite. Please see the map below for entry and parking details. Rooty Hill RSL car parking map
